What were your main health concerns when you first walked into Total Health?

Stress because I am my father’s caregiver.

What has been your favorite improvement in your health thus far?

My favorite improvement has been my blood tests results. I have now reduced to only one doctor visit per year.

What was the most valuable thing you have learned on your health journey?

When working with my body, turn to natural healing.

If you could encourage someone about why to start their own health journey with the Total Health team, what would it be?

It takes time. You have to be patient for your body to rebuild.

Are there any other comments or observations you would like to pass to us?

There has to be great communication between the patient and the doctor. BE HONEST.
