Julianna’s Chia Pudding
A marvelous breakfast idea that can be made in advance.
Low in carbs, high in healthy fats, and delicious!
INGREDIENTS use organic ingredients whenever possible, makes 4 portions
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 1 - 14 oz can of full-fat coconut milk. It helps if you mix the coconut milk in the bowl first before adding the chia seeds in.
- Pinch of sea salt
- 2 scoops of vanilla or chocolate collagen, bone broth protein, or any other protein powder
- 1 cup of frozen raspberries
