Julianna’s Chia Pudding


A marvelous breakfast idea that can be made in advance.

Low in carbs, high in healthy fats, and delicious!

INGREDIENTS use organic ingredients whenever possible, makes 4 portions

  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 1 - 14 oz can of full-fat coconut milk. It helps if you mix the coconut milk in the bowl first before adding the chia seeds in.
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 2 scoops of vanilla or chocolate collagen, bone broth protein, or any other protein powder
  • 1 cup of frozen raspberries
Chia Pudding - low in carbs, high in healthy fats, and delicious!



  • Mix the top 4 ingredients together and divide them into 4 mason jars. Add the frozen raspberries on top.
  • Let the mason jars sit overnight in the fridge, allowing the chia seeds to soak into a more digestible form.
  • Before serving, add some almond butter and cacao nibs on top.
