Are you concerned about possible heavy metals in your body? Looking to find out your vitamin & mineral deficiencies?
For over 11 years, OligoScan has provided cutting-edge methodology for testing Intracellular levels of heavy metals, minerals and trace elements using Spectroscopy, with results reported fast and available anywhere in the world.
44 Elements are reported (21 minerals, 16 heavy metals and Vitamins A, B6, B9, B12, C, D, E). The test is immediate and non-invasive, measuring intracellular uptake of the elements, namely through the tissue (including muscle & small capillaries).
Test requirements include: Date of Birth, Gender, Blood Type, Height, and Weight.
Testing 44 essential elements, the OligoScan provides immediate insight into your body’s intracellular mineral levels, vitamin status and potential heavy metal burden. If you struggle with low energy, mood changes, poor sleep, brain fog, frequent illness, muscle cramps, inflammation or unexplained symptoms, this scan can help uncover possible nutrient deficiencies or toxic element exposures impacting your wellness.
Minerals & Trace Element Testing
Your report includes 21 essential minerals and trace elements, helping identify possible deficiencies, imbalances or excesses.
Vitamin Testing
The scan evaluates tissue bioavailability of:
Vitamin A
Vitamin B6
Vitamin B9
Vitamin B12
Vitamin C
Vitamin D
Vitamin E
Heavy Metals Testing
The Oligoscan screens for 16 heavy metals, helping identify possible toxins from environmental exposure, including:
Arsenic
Aluminum
Cadium
Lead
Mercury
Nickel
Preparing for your Oligoscan:
Be prepared to provide: Date of Birth, Gender, Blood Type, Height, and Weight.
You are required to know your blood type (A+, A-, B+, B-, O+, O-, AB+, AB-) before we can complete your scan. If you do not know your blood type, you will need to purchase a blood typing kit from us online or by stopping into our clinic.
The video provides step-by-step instructions to complete your blood test.
How OligoScan Works
OligoScan uses visible light spectroscopy to measure how light is absorbed and reflected through your tissue. Because each mineral, vitamin and heavy metal has its own unique light signature, the scan can quickly evaluate intracellular uptake patterns and provide immediate non-invasive results.
During Your Scan
A handheld spectrophotometer is placed on the palm of your hand
Visible light penetrates approximately 4 mm into the tissue
The light passes through at least one cell membrane
Specific wavelengths are absorbed and reflected differently by each element
The device analyzes light patterns to measure intracellular mineral, vitamin and heavy metal levels
Results are available immediately for practitioner review
Why This Technology Works
This testing method is based on the science of spectrophotometry, which studies how light interacts with matter. Since every element has its own distinct absorption and reflection pattern, the OligoScan can use measurable differences to assess tissue-level nutrient balance and potential toxic burden. This technology is based on long-established principles of spectrophotometry and light absorption analysis, which are used across medicine, chemistry, environmental science and engineering.
Understanding Your Results
Your results are available immediately and reviewed with a practitioner during your consultation. Your personalized report may help guide conversations around:
Nutritional deficiencies
Mineral balance
Heavy metal exposure
Oxidative stress support
Wellness and supplementation strategies
Detoxification support plans
A practitioner consult helps place your results into context alongside symptoms, health history, and other lab findings.
