Be prepared to provide: Date of Birth, Gender, Blood Type, Height, and Weight.

You are required to know your blood type (A+, A-, B+, B-, O+, O-, AB+, AB-) before we can complete your scan.
If you do not know your blood type, you will need to purchase a blood typing kit from us online or by stopping into our clinic.

How OligoScan Works
