What to Expect During Your Session

Step 1

25-Minute Red Light Therapy

Relax on our massage table while our flexible Contour Light pads target your treatment areas. Close your eyes and relax ro take a nap with this non-invasive & pain free treatment.

Step 2

10-Minute Whole Body Vibration Plate

Your session will be followed by standing for 10 minutes on our whole-body vibration plate, which sends vibrations throughout your entire body. It stimulates lymphatic drainage and circulation by getting things going to move the liquified toxins and fat through the body, allowing them to exit through the liver and kidneys. Our vibration plate is so powerful that the 10 minutes you spend on there is equal to 60 minutes of cardio at the gym.

HOW TO Maximize RESULTS

  2. Drink plenty of water before & after your sessions.
